[Dxspider-support] Cluster abuse and 'DX BY'

Hi
Just a small comment. 'DX by' has always been around. In AK1A and DxNet 
the command 'DX/call' has exactly the same function. I guess whether or 
not this issue can be solved satisfactorily depends a lot on where the 
overall cluster network is heading in the next few years.
