[Dxspider-support] Perl Modules in Win XP

Hello again all. 
Does anyone else had troubles installing additional "packages" needed for
WIndows -Perl-spider installation. Have installed Active State Perl V 5.8.2.
on a 1.8GHz Dell PC. Upon running (from C\:ppm as per example) commands to
add the extra modules needed with  "ppm install Data-Dumper.ppd" on a dos
window, I get the error saying: "Error: no suitable installation target
found for package Data Dumper" and so for the rest of packages,
Any help will be appreciated...
