DXSTOK?

This isn't a valid callsign. All sorts of things break if you don't use
a valid callsign. Although the instructions don't spell it out: the
cluster call must be a callsign (not a netrom style 'id'). 

You will need to use a GB7xxx in the UK if you intend to allow other
users onto your system (and you will need to apply for it on
http://www.dcc.rgsb.org). Otherwise just use something like: G8NAI-2.
