Hi Tony,
Try this.  I run this command a couple of times a week.  You could make
it a script I guess and run it from cron.

wget http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasa.all
/spider/perl/convkeps.pl nasa.all

then run load/keps as normal.
