[Dxspider-support] sh/dx <switch> error

Dirk, could you please have a look to the sh/dx command ?

Kjell noticed the problem with missing spots when using
a band switch and he's right, quite a few of spots are
missing when asking for: sh/dx <band>

It happens since you modified the dx.pl command for that
problem with ranges equal or below 7000 Mhz.
