[Dxspider-support] K1XX Node shut down

Although Charlie is just moving, not going away completely, I think it
is appropriate to say this:

I would like to add my heartfelt thanks to Charlie for all the work that
he has done to help new (and more experienced) node sysops to get up and
keep running.

He has also been of immeasurable help to me, both as a sounding board
and "testbed" of stuff that I have written.
