  localhost works best for sysop,
  but that uses the "real callsign" in the Parms file, so i login with the "Real Callsign"
  and set the priv level higher to sysop level
  then i can login anywhere in the world and do the Sysop thing..
  BTW the sysop thing is using my n1ldy-1 callsign as my "Real Call" in the DXparams file
