[Dxspider-support] export_user command

Thanks Dirk & Tom

I did delete the .ooo files, but I also had a recent backup!

My user files are 5+Mb.   Tried running user_asc but found I had to delete 
the users.V3 file first.  All is well.

Oh, why am I messing with the cluster in the middle of a contest??? 
Horrible electrical storm here, never heard such static crashes on 20 & 15, 
ever!
