[Dxspider-support] Problem with Time-HiRes-1.51 and Time-HiRes-1.59

I am trying to get DXspider running on a newly installed RedHat 9.0 system.
The kernel is Linux version 2.4, perl is  v5.8 built for
i386-linux-thread-multi, and I have spider version 1.51 (build 58.3).

But Time-HiRes-1.51  (and Time-HiRes-1.59) compiling with error :

NOTE: if you get an error like this (the line number may vary):
Makefile:91: *** missing separator
then set the environment variable LC_ALL to "C" and retry.

Has anyone else had this problem?
