thats a bit vague ??.
might try going into the directory and typing "ls -l" from CLI
should be something like this:-

[richard at gb7tf local_cmd]$ ls -l
total 8
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysop sysop 148 Jul 16 2004 crontab
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysop sysop 148 Jul 16 2004 crontab~
and in local/
[richard at gb7tf local_cmd]$ cd ../local
[richard at gb7tf local]$ ls
cluster.lck DXVars.pm* DXVars.pm~* Listeners.pm* Listeners.pm~*
[richard at gb7tf local]$ ls -l
total 20
-rw-rw-r-- 1 sysop sysop 5 Nov 29 12:17 cluster.lck
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sysop sysop 2467 Apr 9 2005 DXVars.pm*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sysop sysop 2469 Apr 9 2005 DXVars.pm~*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sysop sysop 276 Jul 16 2004 Listeners.pm*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sysop sysop 283 Jul 16 2004 Listeners.pm~*

I left the bit in between to demonstrate how to change directories.

Try reading man pages on chmod, chown & chgrp i.e. "man chown"
