Henk,

I think you should apply the latest servicepack for Windows 2000 (sp4)
and after that the Windows 2000 Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4
(What's in a name ;-)
Just replacing the two DLL's won't help you since they have dependencies
with other files.
