You can do this with the command: start /high program_name
(at least on Windows 2000 and XP).

With "AGW Packet Engine.exe" this opens a new command window instead
of starting the program! But if I rename it to something without spaces,
for example: AGW.exe, then it works OK!


So the line you need would be (after renaming the EXE):

                start /high AGW.exe
