For some time WR3D has been effectively unavailable. This is because
port 7000 has been firewalled off (for reasons that I *cannot*
determine).

I have, as an experiment, changed the listening port from 7000 to the
standard one at 7300. It appears to accessible, at least for now.

I would appreciate it if those people that link to WR3D would change
their connect scripts to use port 7300 and then see what happens - and
see how long it lasts.

If it becomes inaccessible again, then I shall declare WR3D as dead and
I shall come up with an alternative plan.
