If it is a linux box then create the sysop user as per the manual on the
new machine. Copy the entire /spider tree to your new machine (as the
sysop user, if linux). Make sure the perl has all the add on modules it
needs, change any DNS entries to point to the new machine, er... that's
it!

You may just need to check some permissions and stuff but, depending on
how you did the copy (rsync is very good for this sort of thing, I find)
it should just work.
