[Dxspider-support] Multiple filter criteria in one sh/dx line

Last night I did a CVS on my Windows test server and experienced my
first CVS failure.  Tonight I "think" I get the correct files restored. 
However, the problem still exists with what I think is your latest
dx.pl.

Attached is a slightly revised dx.pl.  I've made a correction to line
314 so that a sh/dx on 15m by_state FL command works.  You can see the
difference with your line 304.
