[Dxspider-support] Outgoing connections

checkout section 4.6 (configuration) and 4.7 of the
installation instructions , if you are connecting via
telnet look for that example. you may have to play
around with it a bit as i did to get it to connect
properly , but , you should be able to get it working
properly.
