Yes, as Italian and with a lot of unwillingly, I admit that most of ANN FULL
messages are coming from Italian nodes.
I can't reject this, it's reality ! :((
But not all the ANN/F messages are coming from Italy; we can take a look by
giving "sh/ann 300 cluster" spider command, and so we can see that automated
ANN bot are also running outside Italy...

You are right Brendan, your idea about the automated ANN drop filter can be
usefull for this... but please, let me ask once again to Dirk, to add a new
variable in spider so that sysops can swith off (or on) on the fly the ANN
(full and local) command.
