Here is a clue from the Mailman mailing list: "I put together a tarball for Mailman 2.1.6 beta 1, but unfortunately SourceForge's file upload machine is out of disk space." I suspect this may have something to do with why anonymous CVS is taking so long to catch up. Dirk G1TLH
