Dirk,

Thanks for the CVS lesson. I've deleted the offending file (WHO.PL), reran 
WinCVS and all is fixed in 58.326 version.

In my defense, I hadn't edited ANY files since the WinCVS update I did last 
week when I upgraded to 58.323 version. The WinCVS update for 58.323 worked 
without a flaw (as best I could tell) until I went to 58.326 version.

Will keep an eye on the CVS post-update messages on the screen, and will know 
how to fix those problems in the future.
