[Dxspider-support] Problem with WinCVS

Hi,

I followed the instructions and tried several times and days WINCVS but
never can't connect to the server.

CVSROOT: anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dxspider login (password
authentication)
TCL is *not* available, shell is disabled
cvs update -P (in directory C:\spider\)
cvs [update aborted]: connect to cvs.DXSpider.sourceforge.net:2401 failed:
Connection timed out

*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****

Anyone knows is the server is down or a step I am missing.
