I have added the Chat function to my user program.

This is my first attempt at Chat.

If is available at http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/default.htm#download

To access Chat, press the little button "CHAT" in the bottom left hand
corner of the DX Tab.

Press the Chat buttons at the top of the form to enter the various
groups.  You can add/delete groups using the add or delete boxes.
