[Dxspider-support] Chat Glitch

Hi Dirk.

I thought it was a bug.  Now I know it is a feature.

Yes, it only happens when I do a SHOW/CHAT <chat group>, such as SH/CHAT
LOCAL.  Then I get a chat from SM3SGP where he mentions the words "local
SM time".
