[Dxspider-support] Cluster hangs

My cluster hung at 1557 - I couldn't see any possible contributing factor
other than the high spot rate of 900+ per hour in common with previous
hang-ups.

I currently have 90 users connected and 25 node connections - all internet,
I don't have any AX25 stuff running on the new cluster.  It's running fine
at the moment...
