I'm also having problems with those files, in fact at this end the list of
files with problems is rather large( 20 files), see below, in the previous
message I didn't include the entire list, I used 2 files only as an example,
but since you are experiencing a similar problem the entire list below may
help Dirk in the diagnose this problem.

I have the same problem, but it is with different files: 
html/mrtg/.cvsignore and mrtg/.cvsignore.

I suspect that this is a problem with CVS itself, rather than anything in
the DXSpider archive.
