[Dxspider-support] Problem with setup in windows platform

Any person who setting up dxspider in windows platform to show me other way of setup like step by step...
I do not know why but when I've tried to install the ppd packages the time-hires.ppd and timedate.ppd the error message is error installation package the files are not for the activeperl 561 633
