[Dxspider-support] spotting VOR and OIRT

All DXspider systems will accept spots in these bands by default "out of
the box" unless the sysop has disabled them.  Where the spots will
propagate to is anyone's guess - for example I will pass them to neighbour
clusters but I cannot tell what they'll do with them.

On DXspider the band defintions include:

    48-68MHZ -> Band-I
    108-136MHZ -> Airband

so on a DXspider box (assuming the sysop has not altered it) you could
look for your VOR beacons using:

    sh/dx on airband

and it would return the expected results.
