[Dxspider-support] spotting VOR and OIRT

Hi all
I wonder if anyone knows which dx cluster systems will accept spots 
on VOR / OIRT spots?
VOR beacons are between 108mhz and 118mhz and OIRT stations range 
from 66mhz to 74mhz.
The reason I want/others want to spot these stations is for sporadic 
e.
