[Dxspider-support] Location Bugs

For locations of Dx Stations and the Spotters of these spots, there
appears to be problems.

For States/Provinces, the locations are determined by the K1XX callbook.
For Countries, they are determined by their call prefixes.
For USA/VE Cq and ITU zones, they seem to be determined by the prefixes,
rather than by state/province.

For a single callsign, any one or all of the above can be wrong,
although the K1XX database seems to have only a few location errors.
Would it not be better to base all locations for US/VE on this
database? The problem then is that not all nodes use this database.
Additional complication is some provinces are in more than one zone!

Beacons with a /B on their call cannot have their state determined.

ZK1 stations seem to default to ZK1/n, when almost all of them are
really in ZK1/s.
