Re-release of CTY-1505.  You can download the country files from:

Please make sure to follow the installation instructions in README.TXT

This release is for Writelog users ONLY.

The only difference from CTY-1505 is that there is an updated WL_CTY.DAT that
makes the CQ zone for UA9S and UA9W match CT.  The WL_CTY.DAT file was
previously released on 10/23 to the Writelog reflector, now it's included in
the .ZIP file also.

Remember, log the CQ zone that the other station sends.  The log checking
software (not your logging software) has the final say on your score.
