A more complete description:

# dxcbcp - DX-Cluster BroadCast Proxy
#
# dxcbcp connects to a dx-cluster, skips the login message (which ends
# with a prompt like "... de .... >", and sends the received dx-spots
# as UI-Frame via the configured ax25-paths.
# The ax25 connection is done by the rawconvers program (which is part
# of conversd). The broadcast is sent by beacon(1) (part of ax25-tools).
#
# The idea is, to let this program run on the unix maschine db0bln-10,
# which is on the qth of the rmnc db0bln. they have a connection via
kiss
# (ax0). db0bln has an interlink to db0erf-7 (dx-cluster).
# db0bln has user-ports (on different qrg's), reachable under the
# SSID's -0, -1, -2, -3. The DX spot is sent to "DX via db0bln-0", etc..

This appears to be strictly passive in nature (not allowing spots or
announcements), but that would meet the needs of many users.
