Yes, it's completely passive and works fine with apropriate features of eg.
TS-2000.
As it connects the cluster as a normal user you can define any filters you
like (eg only broadcast spots originating or spotting Italy).
The script is capable of connecting even a remote cluster-node using ax25 or
ip.
