[Dxspider-support] BPQ32_409r_Beta_20050914 problem

Dumb question from a novice....

If I'm *NOT* running an RF cluster (i.e. Internet only), do I care about this? 
If I should care, what advantage does this give over running DX Spider
"straight out of the box"?  Do I need special support from the node I get spots
from?
