[Dxspider-support] privilege for rcmd?

Yesterday (Sep 15) I did a CVS update, bringing me from build 59.374  
to build 59.384. Today, I see from the log (attached below) that the  
periodic rcmd's issued by GB7DJK are no longer accepted---though as  
the log shows, they were allowed before I updated. Has the privilege  
level required for accepting remote commands changed? Or is it the  
privilege level required for the forward/opernam command? Not a big  
deal - just curious.
