[Dxspider-support] DXSpider sysop needed to test latest BPQ32 beta

A new version, BPQ32_409r_Beta_20050920 has been released correcting a 
'callsign registration' issue.  I have tested this with AR-Cluster and 
other programs, however I do need someone to test it with DXSpider.
