[Dxspider-support] K7C in cty.dat

Lots of discussion about K7C in the country/prefix database on the
AR-cluster reflector.  I added K7C to the cty.dat file, primarily for a user
who filters out everything except what he needs for dxcc/mixed.  It works
fine, but for those of us who   set/usstate   , we see K7C placed in  UT.
Not a problem, but kinda interesting.  Actually it helps, as I can scan for
UT on the left of the timestamp.
