[Dxspider-support] set/startup

I just upgraded to version 1.51 build 57.263 the full install. when trying to use the command set/startup I get invalid command. What am I doing wrong? Also I currently have K4UGA and K1TTT as node partners and would like to have one or two more, any takers?
