[Dxspider-support] Memory Leak in Windows

I installed FreeRam and have run it manually a few times.
Every time I do, it cuts back the memory usage of the Perl instances by
several Mb. Maybe its just the RAM getting very fragmented or
something. That program certainly seems to work.
