[Dxspider-support] Frequency Rounding Error

On your system test this:

DX 3501.05 TE1ST.  It should round to 3501.1 not 3501.0.  That is the 
error that Dirk corrected.  After Lee updated this was rounded correctly.

I guess Dirk will have to straighten this out.....
