This is a fairly long standing request by many sysops. Apparently, lots
of people prefer it to be as you are now experiencing it. As a result of
this request I have put a prioritised search on filter callsigns in the
order: <call>-<ssid>, <call>, user_default. 

I expect that, now that you have mentioned a contrary view, some more
discussion will now take place :-)

However, you can fix the problem easily enough by defining a filter for 
VE3CGR-1 like: acc/spots all.
