The MI comes from the usdb file which is (kindly) generated monthly from 
FCC data by Charlie K1XX. It does an exact lookup on the callsign to get 
that MI. Hmm.... need to go look.

I also need to incorporate the absolute latest CTY data.

I will try and do this sometime today.
