Hi Dirk,

There is a protocol for differentiating prefixes from callsigns.  I can send
you a wl_cty.dat with all callsigns prefixed by "=" (i.e. =N8S).  That way you
can tell the difference.  You'll probably have to re-write your Perl parser. 
It's possible I could do the same thing for WPXLOC.RAW but I have to look to
see how much work that is.
