[Dxspider-support] sh/c on limited BW rf node

Elegant... well, that's in the eye of the beholder, but why not simply 
delete the desired commands from the spider/cmd/show directory? 
Unfortunately, this deletes them for everyone, including the sysop.

At 1200 baud, during a contest weekend, that rf link is going to really 
slow down.  Be prepared for some unhappy users.
