Hi

One of my node users asked me exactly what the conditions are under 
which the

"Sorry, this is a duplicate" message is issued.

The particular circumstances of his receiving the message was after 
trying to post a spot
that was spotted more than 10 mins. earlier.

Thanks in advance for shedding some light on this one for us ...
