No. You will see the config (users and nodes) every node who is using 
the new protocol (just as you do now), you will also see the users and 
nodes of every old protocol node that is *directly* connected to a new 
protocol node and also the configuration of the old style nodes that are 
connected to you.

Old style nodes will see all the new style nodes+users (as above) + your 
users and any other *directly* connected nodes to you.

As an example, here is the configuration of GB7DJK-1. It has two (new 
style) connections only (one to GB7BAA, the other to GB7DJK). There are 
no other connection (it is a test node).

Of the nodes that you see GB7MBC, GB7DJK (and -1) and WR3D are new style 
nodes. All the others are old style, but *directly* connected to one of 
  new style nodes.
