"CVS update" should do it, however the manual doesn't reflect the  
latest sourceforge cvs change.

Change all instances (in the various CVS directories) of

"anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dxspider"  to

anonymous at dxspider.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dxspider
