[Dxspider-support] set/spider - set/arcluster

Hi all trying to configure spider cluster and the commands
set/spider are hanging ?

I am logging in as sysop if I use the perl winclient.pl I can login and 
command starts but hangs ?
If I telnet I get "not allowed"

Any Ideas ?
