[Dxspider-support] ubuntu 7.4 feasty fawn

Maybe someone (Ian?) could add the information to the DX Spider  
installation manual.

In the past, when Debian/Ubuntu didn't have all the necessary  
modules, I used dh-make-perl to create a package of those which were  
missing.
