[Dxspider-support] New Command --> SH/IK3QAR

Hi to all.

Me and Paolo IK3QAR have developed a new command to inquiry the IK3QAR QSL
Manager internet database. Paolo have developed the server side software and the
sysop account web page, I have realized, according with Dirk, the spider perl
command.

 From version 1.55 build 0.25 the command is availabe to sysops.

The command is very easy:
	sh/ik3qar [CALL]
will search info in the IK3QAR database for the [CALL]

Sysops must subscribe, as the qrz command, via web at:
	http://www.ik3qar.it/manager/dxc.php
then update the *Internet.pl* as follow:
	$ik3qar_url = 'www.ik3qar.it';
	$ik3qar_pw = 'YOUR-PASSWORD';
changing the correct password received via e-mail after subscription.
