[Dxspider-support] Cluster keeps restarting

In this case it is probably: IW9FDD-6
In general, this sort of problem is symptomatic of a corrupt userfile
and there are likely to more of them.
I would be inclined to delete the /spider/data/users.v3 and then do a
perl user_asc.
