Roland is right, of course. It is likely to be IR5PWJ-6. I obviously 
didn't get enough sleep last night.

However, I would still recreate the *whole* file from a user_asc backup. 
  Once you get one corruption, there will be (many) more. When you do 
the recreation, you will probably see a load of errors.
